Requirements
High School diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Not be listed as unemployable on the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR)
Without any criminal record.
Outcomes
Perform both administrative and clinical duties in an ambulatory health care setting, such as physicians' offices and clinics.
Variety of clinical responsibilities, including obtaining vital signs, performing basic tests on patients, and administering medications.
Perform many office tasks, such as scheduling and greeting patients, maintaining filing systems, completing basic financial reports, and handling insurance procedures.
